It's the first time a dance song has been featured as a title track. After the title track, "Worry Free Love" is a futuristic tune that anticipates trends. Bringing together R&B and Latin, "Be Real" represents the current global era. "I Do" is a mellow, melodic Asian-flavored song that suits the autumn atmosphere, and is a message from Taeyeon to Japanese fans. "Sorrow", performed with only a piano and vocals, overflows with Taeyeon's charms. All five songs are bound together by Taeyeon's "#GirlsSpkOut" message: "Our daily lives are full of conflicts and sorrows, but we can all hold each other's hands and face tomorrow together."
