There was a minor change in 2nd VCR. It used to be Taeyeon preparing and performing with Up & Down as a BGM, but they added concert and making videos from 's tour in the end.

Taeyeon, "The song I sang before Rain is a new one. Yes, it's Blue. It's a coupling song with Four Seasons. I didn't do it purposely, but this is another song which I show you for the first time in the concert venue. (laugh)"

New VCR was added in the middle of the concert, and it's 'TY Castle'. I believe there are already a lot of talks regarding this part, so I won't repeat it myself. Let's just say, Taeyeon really did a great job on this video. Perhaps her best work so far.

To me, the funniest part of 'TY Castle' was the last part of NG parade. Taeyeon messed up and said 'I'll do it again', and then the sub came up on the screen which says "She said she'll hold last year's concert again." 😂

Band members stayed the same with 's concert, and so were the dancers, except one person. Jang Juhee was replaced by Kim Minjeong. Jang participated in a lot of #SNSD related concerts before, so I was a bit surprised. Maybe due to the schedule being overlapped.

Biggest change made among the songs on 's concert happened to be 'Circus'. It was placed at the end of the concert with the stage including dancers and wire action last time. This time, it moved up, and all those dancers and actions were gone.

At the beginning of 'Why', Taeyeon picked up the bottle of water but couldn't drink it because the song was already started. She held on to the bottle, sang the song, and looked for a chance to drink it. She made us sing a bit and took a chance, drank water eventually.
