This is a tutorial on how you can support Taeyeon by streaming her songs on Genie (a music chart in Korea). We'll be using "Genie links" that some fans have very nicely prepared for us to stream for free. All YOU will need is an account to use up those streams!
→ Once you click on a Genie link, you will be directed to this page.
→ Next, click on the top to log in.
→ You can create an account with either Kakaotalk, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. For this tutorial I'll be using Twitter.
→ Please note: Make sure you are logged into Twitter beforehand so you can easily authorize the Genie app and won't have problems logging in.
→ You will be directed to this page. Tick all the boxes to accept the terms.
→ Fill in the boxes with a nickname and e-mail address as shown below and click next.
→ You now have a Genie account!
→ Go back to this webpage and click Log in again.
→ Click log in with Twitter again.
→ Click the play button and Taeyeon's voice should begin entering your ears and soothing your soul! :D
→ Take note of the arrows and notes:
Only one stream every hour will count.
The number on the far right indicates the number of times you can play the song.
If the number is 0, try another genie link.
Make sure 4:27 minutes are playing not any less to make sure you're streaming the full song!
